Özet: Sepette Fatura'yı Shopify App Store'dan kurarak ve mağazanızda kullanarak, siz (satıcı) ile Joykek (geliştirici) arasındaki bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşullar; abonelik faturalaması, kabul edilebilir kullanım, destek ve sorumluluk sınırlarını düzenler.
1. Koşulların kabulü
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Sepette Fatura Shopify uygulamasını ("Sepette Fatura", "uygulama", "hizmet") kullanımınıza ilişkin olarak sizinle ("siz", "satıcı", "müşteri") Joykek ("Joykek", "biz") arasında yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturur. Sepette Fatura'yı kurarak, erişerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi onaylarsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kurmamalı veya kullanmamalısınız.
Ayrıca Shopify'ın Hizmet Koşulları'na ve Shopify API Lisansı ve Kullanım Koşulları'na uymalısınız.
2. Hizmetin tanımı
Sepette Fatura, Shopify satıcılarının müşterilerinden sepet sayfasında fatura bilgisi toplamasını sağlayan bir Shopify uygulamasıdır. Temel yetenekler:
- Bireysel (TC Kimlik No) ve Kurumsal (Şirket Ünvanı, Vergi Dairesi, Vergi No) için fatura formu sunan bir Theme App Extension widget'ı.
- TC Kimlik No ve Vergi No için algoritmik doğrulama.
- Form doldurulmadan ödemeye geçişi engelleyen ödeme koruması (sepet çekmecesi ve hızlı ödeme dâhil).
- Fatura bilgisini Shopify sipariş notlarına (cart attributes) yazma.
- Form ayarlarını ve kurulum durumunu yöneten, Shopify admin içinde gömülü bir panel.
Sepette Fatura bir e-Fatura/e-Arşiv kesme veya muhasebe yazılımı değildir; yalnızca fatura bilgisinin toplanmasını ve siparişe iletilmesini sağlar. e-Fatura kesimi sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
3. Hesabınız ve erişim
Sepette Fatura'ya mevcut Shopify satıcı hesabınız üzerinden erişirsiniz. Şunlardan siz sorumlusunuz:
- Shopify hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak.
- Shopify hesabınız üzerinden yetkilendirilmiş kullanıcıların uygulama içinde yaptığı tüm işlemler.
- Sepette Fatura kullanımınızın bulunduğunuz yargı alanındaki yasalara uygun olmasını sağlamak.
En az 18 yaşında, bağlayıcı bir sözleşmeye girmeye yasal olarak ehil ve kullandığınız Shopify satıcı hesabı adına hareket etmeye yetkili olmalısınız.
4. Abonelik, faturalama & deneme
4.1. Planlar ve fiyatlandırma
Sepette Fatura, Shopify Faturalama API'si üzerinden ücretli abonelik planları sunar. Güncel fiyat ve özellik bilgileri Fiyatlandırma bölümünde ve Shopify App Store ilanında yayımlanır.
4.2. Ücretsiz deneme
Her ücretli plan 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme içerir. Deneme süresince ücret alınmaz. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz Shopify aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak başlatır.
4.3. Faturalama döngüsü
Abonelikler Shopify üzerinden (aylık veya yıllık) faturalanır. Tüm ücretler normal Shopify faturanızda görünür. Joykek ödeme bilgilerinizi doğrudan toplamaz veya işlemez; tüm faturalama Shopify tarafından yürütülür.
4.4. İade
Abonelik ücretleri, ilgili mevzuatın gerektirdiği haller dışında iade edilmez. Hatalı bir ücretlendirme olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, ücretten itibaren 14 gün içinde info@joykek.com adresine yazın; talebi iyi niyetle değerlendiririz.
4.5. Plan değişimi
Uygulama içindeki faturalama sayfasından planınızı aylık ve yıllık arasında istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Değişiklik Shopify'ın faturalama kuralları çerçevesinde uygulanır.
5. Plan ve ücret değişiklikleri
Joykek; fiyatlandırmayı, plan özelliklerini değiştirebilir veya yeni planlar sunabilir. Önemli değişiklikler, Shopify Partner hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresi veya uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla en az 30 gün önceden bildirilir. Bir fiyat değişikliği yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Sepette Fatura'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni fiyatlandırmayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Sepette Fatura'yı şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Herhangi bir yasayı, düzenlemeyi veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal etmek.
- Sepette Fatura sunucularına, Shopify platformuna veya diğer sistemlere müdahale etmek, bunları aksatmak ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak.
- İlgili mevzuatın açıkça izin verdiği haller dışında uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmak, kaynak koda dönüştürmek veya parçalarına ayırmak.
- Shopify Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası kapsamında yasaklanan mal veya hizmetlerin satışında kullanmak.
- Joykek'in önceden yazılı onayı olmadan uygulamayı bağımsız bir ürün olarak yeniden satmak, alt lisanslamak veya yeniden dağıtmak.
Bu koşulların ihlalini tespit edersek Sepette Fatura'ya erişimi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Sepette Fatura; kaynak kodu, tasarımı, dokümantasyonu, marka adı ve logosu dâhil olmak üzere Joykek'in münhasır fikri mülkiyetidir. Bu Koşullar size, aktif aboneliğiniz süresince yalnızca kontrol ettiğiniz Shopify mağaza(ları)nda uygulamayı kullanmanız için münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir.
Uygulama aracılığıyla oluşturduğunuz ayarlar ve topladığınız müşteri verileri size aittir. Bu veriyi yalnızca hizmeti işletmek için işlememize, Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz.
8. Fatura verisi sorumluluğu
Sepette Fatura, müşterilerinizin fatura bilgisini (TC Kimlik No / Vergi bilgileri) toplayıp Shopify siparişinize iletir. Bu veriye ilişkin olarak:
- Bu kişisel verinin veri sorumlusu sizsiniz; toplanması, saklanması ve kullanılması konusundaki KVKK/GDPR yükümlülükleri size aittir.
- Müşterilerinizi fatura bilgilerinin işlenmesi konusunda aydınlatmak ve gerekli hukuki dayanağı sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Joykek bu veriyi yalnızca sizin adınıza taşır ve uygulama veritabanında saklamaz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
- Girilen fatura bilgisinin doğruluğundan ve e-Fatura/e-Arşiv kesimi dâhil ilgili vergi yükümlülüklerinden siz sorumlusunuz.
9. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Sepette Fatura, Shopify Inc. tarafından sağlanan hizmetlerle entegre olur. Bu hizmetleri kullanımınız ilgili koşullarına tabidir. Joykek, herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hizmetin erişilebilirliğinden, performansından veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
10. Garanti reddi
Sepette Fatura "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Joykek; ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, ihlal etmeme ve doğruluk dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere açık veya zımni tüm garantileri reddeder.
Sepette Fatura'nın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını ya da kusurların giderileceğini garanti etmeyiz. Belirli bir gelir, dönüşüm veya sipariş hacmi sonucu dâhil hiçbir belirli sonucu garanti etmeyiz. Tema çeşitliliği nedeniyle ödeme koruması bazı temalarda manuel ayar (örn. özel CSS seçici) gerektirebilir.
11. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Joykek'in Sepette Fatura'dan kaynaklanan veya bununla ilgili toplam sorumluluğu, talebe yol açan olaydan hemen önceki on iki (12) ay içinde Shopify üzerinden Joykek'e ödediğiniz toplam abonelik ücretini aşmaz.
Joykek; gelir kaybı, kâr kaybı, veri kaybı veya iş kesintisi dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan, bu tür zararların olasılığı bildirilmiş olsa dahi sorumlu değildir.
12. Tazminat
Şunlardan kaynaklanan veya bunlarla ilgili her türlü talep, zarar, kayıp, yükümlülük ve masrafa (makul avukatlık ücretleri dâhil) karşı Joykek'i, yöneticilerini, çalışanlarını ve yüklenicilerini tazmin etmeyi, savunmayı ve zarar görmemelerini sağlamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Sepette Fatura'yı bu Koşulları ihlal ederek kullanmanız.
- Herhangi bir yasayı veya üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal etmeniz.
- Sunduğunuz ürünler, fiyatlar, faturalar veya topladığınız fatura verisine ilişkin sizinle müşterileriniz arasındaki herhangi bir uyuşmazlık.
13. Fesih
Sepette Fatura'yı Shopify mağazanızdan kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman feshedebilirsiniz. Fesih hâlinde uygulamaya erişiminiz mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda sona erer ve verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun olarak silinir.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz, Shopify hesabınızın askıya alınması veya hizmeti sürdürmenin Joykek'i yasal/operasyonel riske maruz bırakması hâlinde, Joykek erişiminizi bildirimde bulunmaksızın derhal askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir.
14. Destek
Joykek, aktif abonelere e-posta yoluyla destek sağlar: info@joykek.com veya joykek.com/iletisim. Destek taleplerine iki iş günü içinde yanıt vermeyi hedefleriz.
15. Uygulanacak hukuk & uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardan doğan veya bunlarla bağlantılı her türlü uyuşmazlık, emredici tüketici koruma hukuku aksini gerektirmedikçe İstanbul, Türkiye'deki yetkili mahkemeler tarafından çözülür.
16. Genel hükümler
- Bütünlük — Bu Koşullar, Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte, Sepette Fatura'ya ilişkin olarak sizinle Joykek arasındaki sözleşmenin tamamını oluşturur.
- Bölünebilirlik — Herhangi bir hükmün geçersiz veya uygulanamaz sayılması, kalan hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez.
- Feragat — Joykek'in bir hakkı veya hükmü uygulamaması, o haktan feragat ettiği anlamına gelmez.
- Devir — Önceden yazılı onayımız olmadan bu Koşulları devredemezsiniz. Joykek, birleşme, devralma veya varlık satışıyla bağlantılı olarak devredebilir.
- Mücbir sebep — Joykek, makul kontrolü dışındaki olaylardan kaynaklanan gecikme veya aksaklıklardan sorumlu değildir.
- Koşul değişiklikleri — Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler en az 30 gün önceden bildirilir. Yürürlük tarihinden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz kabul anlamına gelir.

Summary: By installing Sepette Fatura from the Shopify App Store and using it in your store, you accept these Terms of Use between you (the merchant) and Joykek (the developer). These terms govern subscription billing, acceptable use, support and limits of liability.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the merchant", "the customer") and Joykek ("Joykek", "we") regarding your use of the Sepette Fatura Shopify app ("Sepette Fatura", "the app", "the service"). By installing, accessing or using Sepette Fatura, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not install or use the app.
You must also comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and the Shopify API License and Terms of Use.
2. Description of the service
Sepette Fatura is a Shopify app that lets Shopify merchants collect invoice information from their customers on the cart page. Core capabilities:
- A Theme App Extension widget offering an invoice form for Individual (TC ID) and Corporate (company title, tax office, tax number).
- Algorithmic validation for the TC ID and tax number.
- Checkout protection that prevents proceeding to checkout without filling the form (including the cart drawer and express checkout).
- Writing the invoice information to Shopify order notes (cart attributes).
- A panel embedded in Shopify admin that manages form settings and setup status.
Sepette Fatura is not an e-invoice/e-archive issuing or accounting software; it only enables collecting invoice information and passing it to the order. Issuing the e-invoice is your responsibility.
3. Your account and access
You access Sepette Fatura through your existing Shopify merchant account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your Shopify account credentials secure.
- All actions taken in the app by users authorized through your Shopify account.
- Ensuring your use of Sepette Fatura complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify merchant account you use.
4. Subscription, billing & trial
4.1. Plans and pricing
Sepette Fatura offers paid subscription plans through the Shopify Billing API. Current price and feature information is published in the Pricing section and in the Shopify App Store listing.
4.2. Free trial
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is taken during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Shopify automatically starts your subscription.
4.3. Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify (monthly or annual). All charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Joykek does not directly collect or process your payment information; all billing is handled by Shopify.
4.4. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, write to info@joykek.com within 14 days of the charge; we will review the request in good faith.
4.5. Plan changes
You can switch your plan between monthly and annual anytime from the billing page inside the app. The change is applied under Shopify's billing rules.
5. Plan and price changes
Joykek may change pricing, plan features or offer new plans. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via the email linked to your Shopify Partner account or an in-app notice. Continuing to use Sepette Fatura after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sepette Fatura to:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sepette Fatura servers, the Shopify platform or other systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use it to sell goods or services prohibited under Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app as a standalone product without Joykek's prior written consent.
If we detect a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Sepette Fatura.
7. Intellectual property
Sepette Fatura — including its source code, design, documentation, brand name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Joykek. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app only on the Shopify store(s) you control, for the duration of your active subscription.
The settings you create and the customer data you collect through the app belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Invoice data responsibility
Sepette Fatura collects your customers' invoice information (TC ID / tax details) and passes it to your Shopify order. With respect to this data:
- You are the data controller of this personal data; the KVKK/GDPR obligations for its collection, storage and use rest with you.
- It is your responsibility to inform your customers about the processing of their invoice information and to provide the necessary legal basis.
- Joykek only carries this data on your behalf and does not store it in the app database (see Privacy Policy).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the entered invoice information and for the related tax obligations, including issuing the e-invoice/e-archive.
9. Third-party services
Sepette Fatura integrates with services provided by Shopify Inc. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Joykek is not responsible for the availability, performance or content of any third-party service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Sepette Fatura is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joykek disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.
We do not warrant that Sepette Fatura will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific result, including any specific revenue, conversion or order volume outcome. Due to theme diversity, checkout protection may require manual configuration (e.g. a custom CSS selector) on some themes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joykek's total liability arising out of or related to Sepette Fatura will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to Joykek through Shopify in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Joykek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Joykek, its directors, employees and contractors against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of Sepette Fatura in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or third-party right.
- Any dispute between you and your customers regarding the products, prices, invoices you offer or the invoice data you collect.
13. Termination
You may terminate this agreement anytime by removing Sepette Fatura from your Shopify store. Upon termination, your access to the app ends at the end of the current billing period and your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
If you breach these Terms, your Shopify account is suspended, or continuing the service would expose Joykek to legal/operational risk, Joykek may immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice.
14. Support
Joykek provides support to active subscribers via email: info@joykek.com or joykek.com/en/contact. We aim to respond to support requests within two business days.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
16. General provisions
- Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joykek regarding Sepette Fatura.
- Severability — If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Waiver — Joykek's failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment — You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Joykek may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
- Force majeure — Joykek is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Changes to terms — We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
