Özet: Sepette Fatura, Joykek tarafından geliştirilen bir Shopify uygulamasıdır. Uygulamanın çalışması için gereken mağaza bilgilerine erişiriz ve mağaza ayarlarınızı güvenli sunucularda saklarız. Müşterilerinizin girdiği TC Kimlik No / Vergi bilgilerini uygulama veritabanımızda saklamayız — bu bilgiler doğrudan Shopify siparişinize yazılır. Verinizi asla satmaz veya paylaşmayız. 1. Kimiz
Sepette Fatura ("Sepette Fatura", "uygulama", "biz"), Türkiye merkezli bağımsız bir yazılım şirketi olan Joykek ("Joykek") tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen bir Shopify uygulamasıdır.

2. Politikanın kapsamı
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, bir Shopify satıcısı ("siz", "satıcı") Sepette Fatura'yı bir Shopify mağazasına kurup kullandığında Joykek'in bilgileri nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, sakladığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Ayrıca bu web sitesi (sfatura.joykek.com) üzerinden toplanan ziyaretçi bilgilerini kapsar.
Bu politika, Shopify Inc.'in veya Sepette Fatura'ya bağladığınız herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hizmetin gizlilik uygulamalarını kapsamaz. Lütfen bu hizmetlerin gizlilik politikalarını doğrudan inceleyin.
3. Veri sorumlusu kim
Sepette Fatura'nın temel işlevi, müşterinizin fatura bilgisini (TC Kimlik No veya Şirket Ünvanı/Vergi Dairesi/Vergi No) sepet sayfasında toplayıp Shopify siparişinize iletmektir. Bu fatura bilgileri açısından:
- Veri sorumlusu (KVKK) / data controller (GDPR) sizsiniz — yani satıcı. Müşterilerinizin fatura verisini siz toplar, kendi Shopify siparişlerinizde saklar ve e-Fatura/muhasebe amaçlarınız için kullanırsınız.
- Joykek yalnızca aracı/işleyici rolündedir — uygulama, bu veriyi sizin adınıza toplayıp Shopify siparişinize taşıyan teknik aracıdır. Joykek bu fatura verisini kendi veritabanında saklamaz (bkz. Bölüm 5).
Joykek; mağaza ayarlarınız, abonelik durumunuz ve oturum kayıtlarınız açısından ise veri sorumlusudur.
4. Topladığımız veriler
4.1. Shopify mağazanızdan gelen bilgiler
Sepette Fatura'yı kurduğunuzda Shopify, onayladığınız erişim kapsamlarına göre uygulamaya şu verilere erişim izni verir:
- Mağaza bilgileri — mağaza alan adı, mağaza adı, para birimi, iletişim e-postası, plan adı.
- Siparişler (salt okunur) — fatura akışının doğru çalıştığını doğrulamak ve destek sağlamak için gereken sipariş bilgileri.
- Tema dosyaları (salt okunur) — widget'ın sepet sayfasına eklenip eklenmediğini ve ödeme korumasının açık olup olmadığını otomatik tespit edip panelde göstermek için.
4.2. Uygulama içinde sağladığınız bilgiler
Uygulamayı kullanırken siz şunları sağlarsınız: fatura formu ayarları (Bireysel/Kurumsal sekme tercihleri, zorunlu alanlar, buton metni, renk ve genişlik ayarları). Bu ayarlar mağaza bazında saklanır.
4.3. Kimlik doğrulama ve oturum verisi
Sepette Fatura, Shopify'ın oturum belirteci (session token) kimlik doğrulamasını kullanır. Mağazanızdan gelen API isteklerini doğrulamak için gereken şifrelenmiş bir oturum kaydı (mağaza alan adı, erişim belirteci, kapsam, son kullanım, çevrimiçi/çevrimdışı göstergesi) saklarız.
4.4. Müşterinizin fatura bilgisi (uygulamada saklanmaz)
Müşteriniz sepet sayfasında TC Kimlik No veya Vergi bilgilerini girer. Bu veri, uygulama tarafından doğrudan Shopify siparişinin notlarına (cart attributes) yazılır ve Shopify altyapısında, sizin mağazanızda saklanır. Joykek bu fatura verisini kendi sunucularında veya veritabanında saklamaz.
4.5. Web sitesi ziyaretçi verisi
Bu web sitesi statik HTML olarak sunulur; herhangi bir takip betiği, analitik veya reklam pikseli çalıştırmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcınız yalnızca güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi amacıyla standart web sunucu günlükleri (IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi, sayfa URL'si, zaman damgası) tutabilir.
5. Toplamadığımız / saklamadığımız veriler
Sepette Fatura işlediği veriyi bilinçli olarak en aza indirir. Şunları yapmayız:
- Müşterilerinizin TC Kimlik No, Vergi No, ad-soyad veya fatura bilgilerini uygulama veritabanımızda saklamak (bu veri yalnızca sepet → sipariş akışında, Shopify'da kalır).
- Müşterilerinizin ödeme bilgilerine erişmek veya saklamak.
- Herhangi bir veriyi pazarlama veya reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmak, kiralamak veya takas etmek.
- Verilerinizi yapay zekâ / makine öğrenmesi modeli eğitmek için kullanmak.
- Bu web sitesinde takip, profilleme veya reklam amaçlı çerez kullanmak.
6. İşlemenin hukuki sebebi
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında işleme dayanaklarımız:
- Sözleşmenin ifası — abone olduğunuz Sepette Fatura hizmetini sağlamak için gereken işleme.
- Meşru menfaat — uygulamayı ve altyapımızı korumak için asgari günlük tutma ve güvenlik izleme.
- Hukuki yükümlülük — Shopify'ın zorunlu GDPR webhook'ları üzerinden gelen veri sahibi taleplerine yanıt vermek dâhil, ilgili mevzuata uyum.
Müşterilerinizin fatura verisinin işlenmesinde hukuki sebebi belirlemek, veri sorumlusu olarak (Bölüm 3) size aittir.
7. Verileri nasıl kullanırız
Topladığımız veriyi yalnızca Sepette Fatura'yı çalıştırmak için kullanırız:
- Fatura formunuzu ayarlarınıza göre yapılandırmak ve mağazanıza dağıtmak.
- Widget'ın eklenip eklenmediğini ve korumanın açık olup olmadığını tespit edip panelde göstermek.
- Aboneliğinizi Shopify Faturalama API'si üzerinden doğru şekilde yönetmek.
- Bize ulaştığınızda müşteri desteği sağlamak.
- Kötüye kullanımı, dolandırıcılığı veya teknik hataları tespit edip önlemek.
- Yasal yükümlülüklerimize uymak.
8. Veri paylaşımı & alt işleyiciler
Veriyi yalnızca Sepette Fatura'nın üzerinde çalıştığı altyapıyı sağlayan, az sayıda güvenilir alt işleyiciyle paylaşırız. Her alt işleyici bir veri işleme sözleşmesiyle bağlıdır.
- Shopify Inc. — Mağazanızı barındırır; Admin API, Faturalama API'si ve sipariş altyapısını sağlar. Müşteri fatura verisi burada (sizin mağazanızda) saklanır.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Almanya) — Sepette Fatura'nın barındırıldığı sunucu altyapısını sağlar.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Alan adı için DNS, kenar güvenliği ve TLS sonlandırması sağlar.
- PostgreSQL (Hetzner üzerinde kendi sunucumuzda) — Mağaza ayarlarınızı ve oturum kayıtlarınızı saklar.
- Resend — Yalnızca siz iletişim formunu kullandığınızda destek e-postalarının iletilmesi için.
Verinizi pazarlama, reklam veya analitik amacıyla hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmayız.
9. Veri saklama süresi
Mağaza ayarlarınızı ve oturum kayıtlarınızı, Sepette Fatura mağazanıza kurulu olduğu sürece saklarız. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda, mağazanızla ilişkili tüm bu veriler Shopify'ın app/uninstalled webhook'una ve veri minimizasyonu ilkelerine uygun olarak 48 saat içinde silinir.
Müşterilerinizin fatura verisi zaten uygulamada saklanmadığından (yalnızca Shopify siparişinizde bulunur), o verinin saklanması ve silinmesi sizin Shopify veri yönetiminize tabidir.
10. Yurt dışı veri aktarımı
Joykek Türkiye'den faaliyet gösterir. Birincil altyapı sağlayıcımız (Hetzner) Almanya ve Finlandiya'da veri merkezleri işletir. Mağaza ayarı ve oturum verileriniz bu bölgelere aktarılıp orada işlenebilir.
Türkiye ile Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı arasındaki aktarımlar, uygulanabilir olduğu yerde uygun güvenceler (KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki koruma mekanizmaları, ilgili Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri) çerçevesinde yapılır.
11. Güvenlik önlemleri
- Sepette Fatura'ya gelen ve giden tüm trafik TLS 1.2 veya üzeri ile şifrelenir.
- Shopify erişim belirteçleri şifreli olarak saklanır.
- Veritabanı özel bir ağda barındırılır, herkese açık internete kapalıdır.
- Shopify'dan gelen webhook istekleri HMAC imza doğrulamasıyla denetlenir.
- Üretim altyapısına erişim, yalnızca yetkili Joykek personeliyle ve SSH anahtarı kimlik doğrulamasıyla sınırlıdır.
Makul önlemleri almakla birlikte, hiçbir sistemin %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez. Verinizi etkileyen bir güvenlik olayı yaşanırsa, ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak sizi ve yetkili denetim makamını gecikmeksizin bilgilendiririz.
12. Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz yargı alanına göre (KVKK, GDPR vb.) kişisel verileriniz hakkında şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Erişim — hakkınızda tuttuğumuz kişisel verilerin bir kopyasını talep etme.
- Düzeltme — yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme.
- Silme — verilerinizin silinmesini isteme ("unutulma hakkı").
- Kısıtlama — verilerinizi işleme şeklimizi sınırlamayı isteme.
- Taşınabilirlik — verilerinizi yapılandırılmış, makine tarafından okunabilir bir biçimde alma.
- İtiraz — meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz etme.
Bu haklardan herhangi birini kullanmak için info@joykek.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Shopify ayrıca otomatik GDPR veri talebi webhook'ları sağlar; Sepette Fatura bunları otomatik olarak yerine getirir.
13. Kaldırma & veri silme
Sepette Fatura'yı Shopify mağazanızdan kaldırdığınızda:
- Shopify,
app/uninstalled webhook'unu uygulamaya anında gönderir.
- Uygulama, mağaza oturumunuzu pasif olarak işaretler ve verilerinizi silinmek üzere sıraya alır.
- Mağaza ayarları, oturum kayıtları ve ilişkili tüm veriler 48 saat içinde silinir.
Silme işlemini doğrulamak veya manuel onay istemek için info@joykek.com adresine yazın.
14. Bu web sitesindeki çerezler
Bu web sitesi (sfatura.joykek.com) hiçbir çerez kullanmaz, analitik çalıştırmaz veya takip betiği barındırmaz. Shopify'a gömülü admin uygulaması ise yalnızca kimlik doğrulama ve oturum yönetimi için kesinlikle gerekli olan oturum çerezlerini, Shopify App Bridge gerekliliklerine uygun olarak kullanır.
15. Çocukların gizliliği
Sepette Fatura, Shopify satıcılarına ve yetkili personeline yönelik bir işletmeler arası (B2B) araçtır. 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
16. Politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını; uygulamalarımızdaki, yasal gerekliliklerdeki veya Sepette Fatura ürünündeki değişiklikleri yansıtmak için zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler, bu sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenerek ve uygun olduğunda uygulama içinde veya Shopify Partner hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresine bildirim gönderilerek iletilir.

Summary: Sepette Fatura is a Shopify app developed by Joykek. We access the store data required for the app to work and store your store settings on secure servers. We do not store the TC ID / tax details your customers enter in our app database — that information is written directly to your Shopify order. We never sell or share your data. We comply with KVKK, GDPR and Shopify's data protection requirements.
1. Who we are
Sepette Fatura ("Sepette Fatura", "the app", "we") is a Shopify app developed and operated by Joykek ("Joykek"), an independent software company based in Türkiye.

2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Joykek collects, uses, stores and protects information when a Shopify merchant ("you", "the merchant") installs and uses Sepette Fatura on a Shopify store. It also covers visitor information collected through this website (sfatura.joykek.com).
This policy does not cover the privacy practices of Shopify Inc. or any third-party service you connect to Sepette Fatura. Please review those services' privacy policies directly.
3. Who is the data controller
The core function of Sepette Fatura is to collect your customer's invoice information (TC ID, or company title / tax office / tax number) on the cart page and pass it to your Shopify order. With respect to this invoice information:
- You are the data controller (KVKK / GDPR) — i.e. the merchant. You collect your customers' invoice data, store it in your own Shopify orders, and use it for your e-invoicing / accounting purposes.
- Joykek acts only as an intermediary / processor — the app is the technical means that collects this data on your behalf and moves it to your Shopify order. Joykek does not store this invoice data in its own database (see Section 5).
Joykek is the data controller with respect to your store settings, subscription status and session records.
4. Data we collect
4.1. Information from your Shopify store
When you install Sepette Fatura, Shopify grants the app access to the following data based on the scopes you approve:
- Store information — store domain, store name, currency, contact email, plan name.
- Orders (read-only) — order information needed to confirm the invoice flow works correctly and to provide support.
- Theme files (read-only) — to automatically detect whether the widget is added to the cart page and whether checkout protection is enabled, and show this in the panel.
4.2. Information you provide in the app
While using the app you provide: invoice form settings (Individual/Corporate tab preferences, required fields, button text, color and width settings). These settings are stored per store.
4.3. Authentication and session data
Sepette Fatura uses Shopify's session token authentication. We store an encrypted session record (store domain, access token, scope, last used, online/offline indicator) needed to authenticate API requests from your store.
4.4. Your customer's invoice information (not stored in the app)
Your customer enters their TC ID or tax details on the cart page. This data is written by the app directly to the Shopify order notes (cart attributes) and stored on Shopify's infrastructure, in your store. Joykek does not store this invoice data on its servers or database.
4.5. Website visitor data
This website is served as static HTML; it does not run any tracking scripts, analytics or advertising pixels. Your hosting provider may keep standard web server logs (IP address, browser information, page URL, timestamp) solely for security and abuse prevention.
5. Data we do not collect / store
Sepette Fatura deliberately minimizes the data it processes. We do not:
- Store your customers' TC ID, tax number, name or invoice details in our app database (this data only stays in the cart → order flow, on Shopify).
- Access or store your customers' payment information.
- Sell, rent or trade any data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Use your data to train any AI / machine-learning model.
- Use tracking, profiling or advertising cookies on this website.
6. Legal basis for processing
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our processing is based on:
- Performance of a contract — processing required to provide the Sepette Fatura service you subscribed to.
- Legitimate interest — minimal logging and security monitoring to protect the app and our infrastructure.
- Legal obligation — compliance with applicable law, including responding to data subject requests received via Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks.
Determining the legal basis for processing your customers' invoice data is your responsibility as the data controller (Section 3).
7. How we use data
We use the data we collect only to operate Sepette Fatura:
- Configure your invoice form according to your settings and deploy it to your store.
- Detect whether the widget is added and whether protection is enabled, and show this in the panel.
- Correctly manage your subscription via the Shopify Billing API.
- Provide customer support when you contact us.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud or technical errors.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
8. Data sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with a small number of trusted sub-processors that provide the infrastructure Sepette Fatura runs on. Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement.
- Shopify Inc. — Hosts your store; provides the Admin API, Billing API and order infrastructure. Customer invoice data is stored here (in your store).
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — Provides the server infrastructure Sepette Fatura is hosted on.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Provides DNS, edge security and TLS termination for the domain.
- PostgreSQL (self-hosted on Hetzner) — Stores your store settings and session records.
- Resend — Only to deliver support emails when you use the contact form.
We do not share your data with any third party for marketing, advertising or analytics purposes.
9. Data retention
We keep your store settings and session records for as long as Sepette Fatura is installed on your store. When you uninstall the app, all such data associated with your store is deleted within 48 hours, in line with Shopify's app/uninstalled webhook and our data minimization principles.
Since your customers' invoice data is not stored in the app anyway (it only exists in your Shopify order), the retention and deletion of that data is subject to your Shopify data management.
10. International data transfers
Joykek operates from Türkiye. Our primary infrastructure provider (Hetzner) operates data centers in Germany and Finland. Your store settings and session data may be transferred to and processed in these regions.
Transfers between Türkiye and the European Economic Area are made under appropriate safeguards where applicable (protection mechanisms under KVKK and GDPR, relevant Standard Contractual Clauses).
11. Security measures
- All traffic to and from Sepette Fatura is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Shopify access tokens are stored encrypted.
- The database is hosted on a private network, closed to the public internet.
- Webhook requests from Shopify are verified with HMAC signature validation.
- Access to production infrastructure is limited to authorized Joykek personnel with SSH key authentication.
While we take reasonable measures, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the competent supervisory authority without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law.
12. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (KVKK, GDPR, etc.), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@joykek.com; we respond within 30 days. Shopify also provides automated GDPR data request webhooks; Sepette Fatura fulfills these automatically.
13. Uninstall & data deletion
When you remove Sepette Fatura from your Shopify store:
- Shopify immediately sends the
app/uninstalled webhook to the app.
- The app marks your store session inactive and queues your data for deletion.
- Store settings, session records and all related data are deleted within 48 hours.
To confirm deletion or request manual confirmation, write to info@joykek.com.
14. Cookies on this website
This website (sfatura.joykek.com) uses no cookies, runs no analytics and hosts no tracking scripts. The admin app embedded in Shopify uses only the session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management, in line with Shopify App Bridge requirements.
15. Children's privacy
Sepette Fatura is a business-to-business (B2B) tool aimed at Shopify merchants and their authorized staff. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements or the Sepette Fatura product. Material changes are communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice or an email to the address linked to your Shopify Partner account.
