It collects invoice info on the cart page and the customer can't proceed to checkout without filling the form. That's why it works with all Shopify plans. **Does it work with my current theme?** Sepette Fatura uses Shopify's Theme App Extension framework; it's supported on all Online Store 2.0 themes. You add the widget to the cart page from the theme editor - no need to edit template code. **Do you store my customer's TC ID / tax details?** No. Sepette Fatura does not store the invoice info in the app database. An algorithmic checksum validation runs for the TC ID (11 digits) and tax number (10 digits). If an invalid number is entered, the checkout button stays disabled. Topladığımız veriler ### 4.1. Shopify mağazanızdan gelen bilgiler Sepette Fatura'yı kurduğunuzda Shopify, onayladığınız erişim kapsamlarına göre uygulamaya şu verilere erişim izni verir: - Mağaza bilgileri - mağaza alan adı, mağaza adı, para birimi, iletişim e-postası, plan adı. - Siparişler (salt okunur) - fatura akışının doğru çalıştığını doğrulamak ve destek sağlamak için gereken sipariş bilgileri. - Tema dosyaları (salt okunur) - widget'ın sepet sayfasına eklenip eklenmediğini ve ödeme korumasının açık olup olmadığını otomatik tespit edip panelde göstermek için. ### 4.2. Uygulama içinde sağladığınız bilgiler Uygulamayı kullanırken siz şunları sağlarsınız: fatura formu ayarları (Bireysel/Kurumsal sekme tercihleri, zorunlu alanlar, buton metni, renk ve genişlik ayarları). Mağazanızdan gelen API isteklerini doğrulamak için gereken şifrelenmiş bir oturum kaydı (mağaza alan adı, erişim belirteci, kapsam, son kullanım, çevrimiçi/çevrimdışı göstergesi) saklarız. ### 4.4. Müşterinizin fatura bilgisi (uygulamada saklanmaz) Müşteriniz sepet sayfasında TC Kimlik No veya Vergi bilgilerini girer. Bu veri, uygulama tarafından doğrudan Shopify siparişinin notlarına (cart attributes) yazılır ve Shopify altyapısında, sizin mağazanızda saklanır. Joykek bu fatura verisini kendi sunucularında veya veritabanında saklamaz. ### 4.5. Web sitesi ziyaretçi verisi Bu web sitesi statik HTML olarak sunulur; herhangi bir takip betiği, analitik veya reklam pikseli çalıştırmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcınız yalnızca güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi amacıyla standart web sunucu günlükleri (IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi, sayfa URL'si, zaman damgası) tutabilir. ## 5. Toplamadığımız / saklamadığımız veriler Sepette Fatura işlediği veriyi bilinçli olarak en aza indirir. Veri paylaşımı & alt işleyiciler Veriyi yalnızca Sepette Fatura'nın üzerinde çalıştığı altyapıyı sağlayan, az sayıda güvenilir alt işleyiciyle paylaşırız. Her alt işleyici bir veri işleme sözleşmesiyle bağlıdır. - Shopify Inc. - Mağazanızı barındırır; Admin API, Faturalama API'si ve sipariş altyapısını sağlar. Müşteri fatura verisi burada (sizin mağazanızda) saklanır. - Hetzner Online GmbH (Almanya) - Sepette Fatura'nın barındırıldığı sunucu altyapısını sağlar. - Cloudflare, Inc. - Alan adı için DNS, kenar güvenliği ve TLS sonlandırması sağlar. - PostgreSQL (Hetzner üzerinde kendi sunucumuzda) - Mağaza ayarlarınızı ve oturum kayıtlarınızı saklar. - Resend - Yalnızca siz iletişim formunu kullandığınızda destek e-postalarının iletilmesi için. Verinizi pazarlama, reklam veya analitik amacıyla hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmayız. ## 9. Veri saklama süresi Mağaza ayarlarınızı ve oturum kayıtlarınızı, Sepette Fatura mağazanıza kurulu olduğu sürece saklarız. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda, mağazanızla ilişkili tüm bu veriler Shopify'ın app/uninstalled webhook'una ve veri minimizasyonu ilkelerine uygun olarak 48 saat içinde silinir. Müşterilerinizin fatura verisi zaten uygulamada saklanmadığından (yalnızca Shopify siparişinizde bulunur), o verinin saklanması ve silinmesi sizin Shopify veri yönetiminize tabidir. ## 10. Yurt dışı veri aktarımı Joykek Türkiye'den faaliyet gösterir. Birincil altyapı sağlayıcımız (Hetzner) Almanya ve Finlandiya'da veri merkezleri işletir. Mağaza ayarı ve oturum verileriniz bu bölgelere aktarılıp orada işlenebilir. Türkiye ile Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı arasındaki aktarımlar, uygulanabilir olduğu yerde uygun güvenceler (KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki koruma mekanizmaları, ilgili Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri) çerçevesinde yapılır. ## 11. Güvenlik önlemleri - Sepette Fatura'ya gelen ve giden tüm trafik TLS 1.2 veya üzeri ile şifrelenir. - Shopify erişim belirteçleri şifreli olarak saklanır. - Veritabanı özel bir ağda barındırılır, herkese açık internete kapalıdır. - Shopify'dan gelen webhook istekleri HMAC imza doğrulamasıyla denetlenir. - Üretim altyapısına erişim, yalnızca yetkili Joykek personeliyle ve SSH anahtarı kimlik doğrulamasıyla sınırlıdır. Makul önlemleri almakla birlikte, hiçbir sistemin %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez. Verinizi etkileyen bir güvenlik olayı yaşanırsa, ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak sizi ve yetkili denetim makamını gecikmeksizin bilgilendiririz. ## 12. Kaldırma & veri silme Sepette Fatura'yı Shopify mağazanızdan kaldırdığınızda: - Shopify, app/uninstalled webhook'unu uygulamaya anında gönderir. - Uygulama, mağaza oturumunuzu pasif olarak işaretler ve verilerinizi silinmek üzere sıraya alır. - Mağaza ayarları, oturum kayıtları ve ilişkili tüm veriler 48 saat içinde silinir. Silme işlemini doğrulamak veya manuel onay istemek için info@joykek.com adresine yazın. ## 14. Bu web sitesindeki çerezler Bu web sitesi (sfatura.joykek.com) hiçbir çerez kullanmaz, analitik çalıştırmaz veya takip betiği barındırmaz. Who we are Sepette Fatura ("Sepette Fatura", "the app", "we") is a Shopify app developed and operated by Joykek ("Joykek"), an independent software company based in Türkiye. Scope of this policy This Privacy Policy explains how Joykek collects, uses, stores and protects information when a Shopify merchant ("you", "the merchant") installs and uses Sepette Fatura on a Shopify store. It also covers visitor information collected through this website (sfatura.joykek.com). This policy does not cover the privacy practices of Shopify Inc. or any third-party service you connect to Sepette Fatura. Please review those services' privacy policies directly. ## 3. Who is the data controller The core function of Sepette Fatura is to collect your customer's invoice information (TC ID, or company title / tax office / tax number) on the cart page and pass it to your Shopify order. With respect to this invoice information: - You are the data controller (KVKK / GDPR) - i.e. the merchant. You collect your customers' invoice data, store it in your own Shopify orders, and use it for your e-invoicing / accounting purposes. - Joykek acts only as an intermediary / processor - the app is the technical means that collects this data on your behalf and moves it to your Shopify order. Joykek does not store this invoice data in its own database (see Section 5). Joykek is the data controller with respect to your store settings, subscription status and session records. ## 4. Data we collect ### 4.1. Information from your Shopify store When you install Sepette Fatura, Shopify grants the app access to the following data based on the scopes you approve: - Store information - store domain, store name, currency, contact email, plan name. - Orders (read-only) - order information needed to confirm the invoice flow works correctly and to provide support. - Theme files (read-only) - to automatically detect whether the widget is added to the cart page and whether checkout protection is enabled, and show this in the panel. ### 4.2. Information you provide in the app While using the app you provide: invoice form settings (Individual/Corporate tab preferences, required fields, button text, color and width settings). These settings are stored per store. ### 4.3. Authentication and session data Sepette Fatura uses Shopify's session token authentication. We store an encrypted session record (store domain, access token, scope, last used, online/offline indicator) needed to authenticate API requests from your store. ### 4.4. Your customer's invoice information (not stored in the app) Your customer enters their TC ID or tax details on the cart page. This data is written by the app directly to the Shopify order notes (cart attributes) and stored on Shopify's infrastructure, in your store. Joykek does not store this invoice data on its servers or database. ### 4.5. Website visitor data This website is served as static HTML; it does not run any tracking scripts, analytics or advertising pixels. Your hosting provider may keep standard web server logs (IP address, browser information, page URL, timestamp) solely for security and abuse prevention. ## 5. Data we do not collect / store Sepette Fatura deliberately minimizes the data it processes. We do not: - Store your customers' TC ID, tax number, name or invoice details in our app database (this data only stays in the cart → order flow, on Shopify). - Access or store your customers' payment information. - Sell, rent or trade any data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. - Use your data to train any AI / machine-learning model. - Use tracking, profiling or advertising cookies on this website. ## 6. Legal basis for processing Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our processing is based on: - Performance of a contract - processing required to provide the Sepette Fatura service you subscribed to. - Legitimate interest - minimal logging and security monitoring to protect the app and our infrastructure. - Legal obligation - compliance with applicable law, including responding to data subject requests received via Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks. Determining the legal basis for processing your customers' invoice data is your responsibility as the data controller (Section 3). ## 7. How we use data We use the data we collect only to operate Sepette Fatura: - Configure your invoice form according to your settings and deploy it to your store. - Detect whether the widget is added and whether protection is enabled, and show this in the panel. - Correctly manage your subscription via the Shopify Billing API. - Provide customer support when you contact us. - Detect and prevent abuse, fraud or technical errors. - Comply with our legal obligations. ## 8. Data sharing & sub-processors We share data only with a small number of trusted sub-processors that provide the infrastructure Sepette Fatura runs on. Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement. - Shopify Inc. - Hosts your store; provides the Admin API, Billing API and order infrastructure. Customer invoice data is stored here (in your store). - Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - Provides the server infrastructure Sepette Fatura is hosted on. - Cloudflare, Inc. - Provides DNS, edge security and TLS termination for the domain. - PostgreSQL (self-hosted on Hetzner) - Stores your store settings and session records. - Resend - Only to deliver support emails when you use the contact form. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing, advertising or analytics purposes. ## 9. Data retention We keep your store settings and session records for as long as Sepette Fatura is installed on your store. When you uninstall the app, all such data associated with your store is deleted within 48 hours, in line with Shopify's app/uninstalled webhook and our data minimization principles. Since your customers' invoice data is not stored in the app anyway (it only exists in your Shopify order), the retention and deletion of that data is subject to your Shopify data management. ## 10. International data transfers Joykek operates from Türkiye. Our primary infrastructure provider (Hetzner) operates data centers in Germany and Finland. Your store settings and session data may be transferred to and processed in these regions. Transfers between Türkiye and the European Economic Area are made under appropriate safeguards where applicable (protection mechanisms under KVKK and GDPR, relevant Standard Contractual Clauses). ## 11. Security measures - All traffic to and from Sepette Fatura is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. - Shopify access tokens are stored encrypted. - The database is hosted on a private network, closed to the public internet. - Webhook requests from Shopify are verified with HMAC signature validation. - Access to production infrastructure is limited to authorized Joykek personnel with SSH key authentication. While we take reasonable measures, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the competent supervisory authority without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law. ## 12. Your rights Depending on your jurisdiction (KVKK, GDPR, etc.), you have the following rights regarding your personal data: - Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. - Rectification - request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. - Erasure - request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). - Restriction - request that we limit how we process your data. - Portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. - Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interest. Uninstall & data deletion When you remove Sepette Fatura from your Shopify store: - Shopify immediately sends the app/uninstalled webhook to the app. - The app marks your store session inactive and queues your data for deletion. - Store settings, session records and all related data are deleted within 48 hours. To confirm deletion or request manual confirmation, write to info@joykek.com. ## 14. Cookies on this website This website (sfatura.joykek.com) uses no cookies, runs no analytics and hosts no tracking scripts. The admin app embedded in Shopify uses only the session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management, in line with Shopify App Bridge requirements. ## 15. Children's privacy Sepette Fatura is a business-to-business (B2B) tool aimed at Shopify merchants and their authorized staff. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. ## 16. Hizmetin tanımı Sepette Fatura, Shopify satıcılarının müşterilerinden sepet sayfasında fatura bilgisi toplamasını sağlayan bir Shopify uygulamasıdır. Temel yetenekler: - Bireysel (TC Kimlik No) ve Kurumsal (Şirket Ünvanı, Vergi Dairesi, Vergi No) için fatura formu sunan bir Theme App Extension widget'ı. - TC Kimlik No ve Vergi No için algoritmik doğrulama. - Form doldurulmadan ödemeye geçişi engelleyen ödeme koruması (sepet çekmecesi ve hızlı ödeme dâhil). - Fatura bilgisini Shopify sipariş notlarına (cart attributes) yazma. - Form ayarlarını ve kurulum durumunu yöneten, Shopify admin içinde gömülü bir panel. Sepette Fatura bir e-Fatura/e-Arşiv kesme veya muhasebe yazılımı değildir; yalnızca fatura bilgisinin toplanmasını ve siparişe iletilmesini sağlar. e-Fatura kesimi sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. ## 3. Hesabınız ve erişim Sepette Fatura'ya mevcut Shopify satıcı hesabınız üzerinden erişirsiniz. Şunlardan siz sorumlusunuz: - Shopify hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak. - Shopify hesabınız üzerinden yetkilendirilmiş kullanıcıların uygulama içinde yaptığı tüm işlemler. - Sepette Fatura kullanımınızın bulunduğunuz yargı alanındaki yasalara uygun olmasını sağlamak. En az 18 yaşında, bağlayıcı bir sözleşmeye girmeye yasal olarak ehil ve kullandığınız Shopify satıcı hesabı adına hareket etmeye yetkili olmalısınız. ## 4. Abonelik, faturalama & deneme ### 4.1. Planlar ve fiyatlandırma Sepette Fatura, Shopify Faturalama API'si üzerinden ücretli abonelik planları sunar. Güncel fiyat ve özellik bilgileri Fiyatlandırma bölümünde ve Shopify App Store ilanında yayımlanır. ### 4.2. Ücretsiz deneme Her ücretli plan 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme içerir. Deneme süresince ücret alınmaz. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz Shopify aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak başlatır. ### 4.3. Faturalama döngüsü Abonelikler Shopify üzerinden (aylık veya yıllık) faturalanır. Tüm ücretler normal Shopify faturanızda görünür. Joykek ödeme bilgilerinizi doğrudan toplamaz veya işlemez; tüm faturalama Shopify tarafından yürütülür. ### 4.4. İade Abonelik ücretleri, ilgili mevzuatın gerektirdiği haller dışında iade edilmez. Hatalı bir ücretlendirme olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, ücretten itibaren 14 gün içinde info@joykek.com adresine yazın; talebi iyi niyetle değerlendiririz. ### 4.5. Plan değişimi Uygulama içindeki faturalama sayfasından planınızı aylık ve yıllık arasında istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Değişiklik Shopify'ın faturalama kuralları çerçevesinde uygulanır. ## 5. Plan ve ücret değişiklikleri Joykek; fiyatlandırmayı, plan özelliklerini değiştirebilir veya yeni planlar sunabilir. Önemli değişiklikler, Shopify Partner hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresi veya uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla en az 30 gün önceden bildirilir. Bir fiyat değişikliği yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Sepette Fatura'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni fiyatlandırmayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. ## 6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım Sepette Fatura'yı şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz: - Herhangi bir yasayı, düzenlemeyi veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal etmek. - Sepette Fatura sunucularına, Shopify platformuna veya diğer sistemlere müdahale etmek, bunları aksatmak ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak. - İlgili mevzuatın açıkça izin verdiği haller dışında uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmak, kaynak koda dönüştürmek veya parçalarına ayırmak. - Shopify Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası kapsamında yasaklanan mal veya hizmetlerin satışında kullanmak. - Joykek'in önceden yazılı onayı olmadan uygulamayı bağımsız bir ürün olarak yeniden satmak, alt lisanslamak veya yeniden dağıtmak. Bu koşulların ihlalini tespit edersek Sepette Fatura'ya erişimi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız. ## 7. Fikri mülkiyet Sepette Fatura; kaynak kodu, tasarımı, dokümantasyonu, marka adı ve logosu dâhil olmak üzere Joykek'in münhasır fikri mülkiyetidir. Bu Koşullar size, aktif aboneliğiniz süresince yalnızca kontrol ettiğiniz Shopify mağaza(ları)nda uygulamayı kullanmanız için münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir. Uygulama aracılığıyla oluşturduğunuz ayarlar ve topladığınız müşteri verileri size aittir. Bu veriyi yalnızca hizmeti işletmek için işlememize, Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz. ## 8. Fatura verisi sorumluluğu Sepette Fatura, müşterilerinizin fatura bilgisini (TC Kimlik No / Vergi bilgileri) toplayıp Shopify siparişinize iletir. Bu veriye ilişkin olarak: - Bu kişisel verinin veri sorumlusu sizsiniz; toplanması, saklanması ve kullanılması konusundaki KVKK/GDPR yükümlülükleri size aittir. - Müşterilerinizi fatura bilgilerinin işlenmesi konusunda aydınlatmak ve gerekli hukuki dayanağı sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. - Joykek bu veriyi yalnızca sizin adınıza taşır ve uygulama veritabanında saklamaz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). - Girilen fatura bilgisinin doğruluğundan ve e-Fatura/e-Arşiv kesimi dâhil ilgili vergi yükümlülüklerinden siz sorumlusunuz. ## 9. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler Sepette Fatura, Shopify Inc. tarafından sağlanan hizmetlerle entegre olur. Bu hizmetleri kullanımınız ilgili koşullarına tabidir. Joykek, herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hizmetin erişilebilirliğinden, performansından veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. ## 10. Garanti reddi Sepette Fatura "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Joykek; ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, ihlal etmeme ve doğruluk dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere açık veya zımni tüm garantileri reddeder. Sepette Fatura'nın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını ya da kusurların giderileceğini garanti etmeyiz. Belirli bir gelir, dönüşüm veya sipariş hacmi sonucu dâhil hiçbir belirli sonucu garanti etmeyiz. Tema çeşitliliği nedeniyle ödeme koruması bazı temalarda manuel ayar (örn. özel CSS seçici) gerektirebilir. ## 11. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Joykek'in Sepette Fatura'dan kaynaklanan veya bununla ilgili toplam sorumluluğu, talebe yol açan olaydan hemen önceki on iki (12) ay içinde Shopify üzerinden Joykek'e ödediğiniz toplam abonelik ücretini aşmaz. Joykek; gelir kaybı, kâr kaybı, veri kaybı veya iş kesintisi dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan, bu tür zararların olasılığı bildirilmiş olsa dahi sorumlu değildir. ## 12. Tazminat Şunlardan kaynaklanan veya bunlarla ilgili her türlü talep, zarar, kayıp, yükümlülük ve masrafa (makul avukatlık ücretleri dâhil) karşı Joykek'i, yöneticilerini, çalışanlarını ve yüklenicilerini tazmin etmeyi, savunmayı ve zarar görmemelerini sağlamayı kabul edersiniz: - Sepette Fatura'yı bu Koşulları ihlal ederek kullanmanız. - Herhangi bir yasayı veya üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal etmeniz. - Sunduğunuz ürünler, fiyatlar, faturalar veya topladığınız fatura verisine ilişkin sizinle müşterileriniz arasındaki herhangi bir uyuşmazlık. ## 13. Fesih Sepette Fatura'yı Shopify mağazanızdan kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman feshedebilirsiniz. Fesih hâlinde uygulamaya erişiminiz mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda sona erer ve verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun olarak silinir. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz, Shopify hesabınızın askıya alınması veya hizmeti sürdürmenin Joykek'i yasal/operasyonel riske maruz bırakması hâlinde, Joykek erişiminizi bildirimde bulunmaksızın derhal askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. ## 14. Destek Joykek, aktif abonelere e-posta yoluyla destek sağlar: info@joykek.com veya joykek.com/iletisim. Destek taleplerine iki iş günü içinde yanıt vermeyi hedefleriz. ## 15. Uygulanacak hukuk & uyuşmazlıklar Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardan doğan veya bunlarla bağlantılı her türlü uyuşmazlık, emredici tüketici koruma hukuku aksini gerektirmedikçe İstanbul, Türkiye'deki yetkili mahkemeler tarafından çözülür. ## 16. Genel hükümler - Bütünlük - Bu Koşullar, Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte, Sepette Fatura'ya ilişkin olarak sizinle Joykek arasındaki sözleşmenin tamamını oluşturur. - Bölünebilirlik - Herhangi bir hükmün geçersiz veya uygulanamaz sayılması, kalan hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez. - Feragat - Joykek'in bir hakkı veya hükmü uygulamaması, o haktan feragat ettiği anlamına gelmez. - Devir - Önceden yazılı onayımız olmadan bu Koşulları devredemezsiniz. Acceptance of terms These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the merchant", "the customer") and Joykek ("Joykek", "we") regarding your use of the Sepette Fatura Shopify app ("Sepette Fatura", "the app", "the service"). By installing, accessing or using Sepette Fatura, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not install or use the app. You must also comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and the Shopify API License and Terms of Use. ## 2. Description of the service Sepette Fatura is a Shopify app that lets Shopify merchants collect invoice information from their customers on the cart page. Core capabilities: - A Theme App Extension widget offering an invoice form for Individual (TC ID) and Corporate (company title, tax office, tax number). - Algorithmic validation for the TC ID and tax number. - Checkout protection that prevents proceeding to checkout without filling the form (including the cart drawer and express checkout). - Writing the invoice information to Shopify order notes (cart attributes). - A panel embedded in Shopify admin that manages form settings and setup status. Sepette Fatura is not an e-invoice/e-archive issuing or accounting software; it only enables collecting invoice information and passing it to the order. Issuing the e-invoice is your responsibility. ## 3. Your account and access You access Sepette Fatura through your existing Shopify merchant account. You are responsible for: - Keeping your Shopify account credentials secure. - All actions taken in the app by users authorized through your Shopify account. - Ensuring your use of Sepette Fatura complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify merchant account you use. ## 4. Subscription, billing & trial ### 4.1. Plans and pricing Sepette Fatura offers paid subscription plans through the Shopify Billing API. Current price and feature information is published in the Pricing section and in the Shopify App Store listing. ### 4.2. Free trial Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is taken during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Shopify automatically starts your subscription. ### 4.3. Billing cycle Subscriptions are billed through Shopify (monthly or annual). All charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Joykek does not directly collect or process your payment information; all billing is handled by Shopify. ### 4.4. Refunds Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, write to info@joykek.com within 14 days of the charge; we will review the request in good faith. ### 4.5. Plan changes You can switch your plan between monthly and annual anytime from the billing page inside the app. The change is applied under Shopify's billing rules. ## 5. Plan and price changes Joykek may change pricing, plan features or offer new plans. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via the email linked to your Shopify Partner account or an in-app notice. Continuing to use Sepette Fatura after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing. ## 6. Acceptable use You agree not to use Sepette Fatura to: - Violate any law, regulation or third-party right. - Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sepette Fatura servers, the Shopify platform or other systems. - Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where expressly permitted by applicable law. - Use it to sell goods or services prohibited under Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy. - Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app as a standalone product without Joykek's prior written consent. If we detect a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Sepette Fatura. ## 7. Intellectual property Sepette Fatura - including its source code, design, documentation, brand name and logo - is the exclusive intellectual property of Joykek. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app only on the Shopify store(s) you control, for the duration of your active subscription. The settings you create and the customer data you collect through the app belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. ## 8. Invoice data responsibility Sepette Fatura collects your customers' invoice information (TC ID / tax details) and passes it to your Shopify order. With respect to this data: - You are the data controller of this personal data; the KVKK/GDPR obligations for its collection, storage and use rest with you. - It is your responsibility to inform your customers about the processing of their invoice information and to provide the necessary legal basis. - Joykek only carries this data on your behalf and does not store it in the app database (see Privacy Policy). - You are responsible for the accuracy of the entered invoice information and for the related tax obligations, including issuing the e-invoice/e-archive. ## 9. Third-party services Sepette Fatura integrates with services provided by Shopify Inc. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Joykek is not responsible for the availability, performance or content of any third-party service. ## 10. Disclaimer of warranties Sepette Fatura is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joykek disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that Sepette Fatura will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific result, including any specific revenue, conversion or order volume outcome. Due to theme diversity, checkout protection may require manual configuration (e.g. a custom CSS selector) on some themes. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joykek's total liability arising out of or related to Sepette Fatura will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to Joykek through Shopify in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Joykek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ## 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Joykek, its directors, employees and contractors against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: - Your use of Sepette Fatura in violation of these Terms. - Your violation of any law or third-party right. - Any dispute between you and your customers regarding the products, prices, invoices you offer or the invoice data you collect. ## 13. Termination You may terminate this agreement anytime by removing Sepette Fatura from your Shopify store. Upon termination, your access to the app ends at the end of the current billing period and your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you breach these Terms, your Shopify account is suspended, or continuing the service would expose Joykek to legal/operational risk, Joykek may immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice. ## 14. Support Joykek provides support to active subscribers via email: info@joykek.com or joykek.com/en/contact. We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. ## 15. Governing law & disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. ## 16. General provisions - Entire agreement - These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joykek regarding Sepette Fatura. - Severability - If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. - Waiver - Joykek's failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right. - Assignment - You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Joykek may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale. - Force majeure - Joykek is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. - Changes to terms - We may update these Terms from time to time.
